For your attention, a special letter from one of the greatest halachic judges:
The Gaon R. Yitzhak Zilberstein of Lithuania, in which he was instructed to use the electric pumps on Shabbat Kodesh to begin with, when operating in a change - with the back of the hand.
Remember that breast milk is the healthiest food for the baby.
